About Us
Zeniko Creatives Art Academy is a growing art education academy in Singapore, offering structured art programmes for children, teens, and adults. We provide fine arts training, creative workshops, portfolio development support, student events, competitions, and community-based art initiatives.
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Academy Operations Coordinator / Admin & Operations Executive to support the smooth daily running of our academy.
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support the academy’s day-to-day administration, coordination, and communication work.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate class schedules, student attendance and replacement classes
Communicate with parents, students, teachers and internal team members
Maintain and update Excel sheets, student records and administrative documents
Fill forms, organise files, and manage daily academy paperwork
Support enrolment follow-ups and basic parent enquiries
Assist with fee reminders, class updates and operational communication
Coordinate academy events, workshops, competitions and holiday programmes
Support social media posting on Instagram, Facebook and other platforms
Assist with basic content updates, photos, captions and promotional posts
Ensure the academy runs smoothly on a daily basis
Provide general administrative and operational support to the management team
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is:
Organised, responsible and detail-oriented
Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, Google Forms and basic computer tools
Able to communicate clearly and professionally with parents and teachers
Able to multitask and follow up on tasks independently
Interested in education, art, children’s programs, or creative industries
Comfortable with simple social media posting and coordination work
Positive, reliable and willing to learn
Able to work in a small, growing team environment
Prior experience in admin, education center coordination, customer service, school operations, enrichment centre operations, or social media support will be an advantage.
Preferred Skills
Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Google Forms and basic documentation
WhatsApp communication and parent coordination
Social media posting
Basic Canva knowledge is an advantage
Good written and spoken English
Working Environment
This is a hands-on role suitable for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, and keeping things organized. The candidate will play an important role in supporting the academy’s growth and ensuring that students, parents, and teachers receive smooth administrative support.
