Regional ISO Compliance Executive (Contract to Perm) - #1164802

We are seeking a detail-oriented Regional ISO Compliance Executive to ensure adherence to international standards and enhance our compliance framework. This role involves managing documentation, facilitating audits, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the online repository of documents related to ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, and PDPA policies.

• Ensure effective documentation control and distribution, as well as compliance preparedness for Management Review.

• Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external audits to ensure readiness for certification body reviews and customer assessments.

• Coordinate with certification authorities regarding audit arrangements and manage the logistics of sample collection and testing.

• Oversee internal and external corrective action reports (CAR).

• Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to achieve and maintain ISO certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, DPTM, etc.).

• Address all audit requests from businesses and coordinate necessary resources.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Regional ISO Compliance Manager or Head of Management Information Systems.

Requirements:

• Relevant certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, and PDPA are required.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with prior involvement in internal audits and ISO implementation.

• Experience in the IT sector is advantageous.

• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in managing cross-departmental communication.

• Familiarity with Singapore government portals such as GeBiz and Corp Pass is a plus.

• Ability to thrive in a demanding and high-pressure environment.
