Qualifications
Minimum GCE N-Level or GCE O-Level, or equivalent qualification.
0–2 years of experience in administration, engineering support, or document control is preferred.
Experience in the lift, construction, M&E, or manufacturing industry will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Key Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of engineering drawings will be an advantage.
Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and compile Fixed Installation (FI) submission documents for regulatory submissions.
Prepare technical documentation, manuals, and records upon project or production completion.
Maintain and update Lift Data and other technical databases.
Organize and maintain engineering drawings, technical documents, certificates, and project records.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to obtain the necessary technical information and documentation.
Maintain document control, revision records, and filing systems.
Assist in preparing quotations, reports, meeting minutes, and technical correspondence.
Provide administrative support for the Technical Department's daily operations.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Technical Manager.
