Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Patient Experience & Community Relations - #1164837

Job Scope:

• Manage patient feedback end-to-end, including investigations, service recovery, follow-ups with staff, drafting replies, and maintaining accurate records for reporting.

• Engage patients to gather feedback for service improvement and recovery; collaborate with internal teams and facilitate Patient Focus Group sessions.

• Support patient relations functions such as report preparation, data analysis, and monthly feedback/compliment reporting for management and departments.

• Act as a key liaison, building strong relationships with doctors, patients, caregivers, and colleagues.

• Contribute articles to internal newsletters by identifying meaningful stories to educate and engage frontline staff.

• Work independently across multiple locations to run on-ground campaigns and drive service improvement initiatives.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• A recognized Degree with 2 to 3 years of experience in healthcare or hospitality industry.

• Confident, personable, and customer-focused, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Enjoys on-ground engagement with frontline staff and patients.

• Proficient in MS Office applications; familiarity with SharePoint or similar systems is a plus.

• Comfortable with data analysis, reporting, and interpretation of statistics.
