What You’ll Do:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Drive the full-cycle hiring process - crafting compelling job postings, conducting interviews, and welcoming new hires through engaging orientation sessions and seamless documentation.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Manage the journey of our employees - maintaining accurate records, conducting performance appraisals, facilitating transfers and promotions, and ensuring smooth offboarding.
Payroll & Benefits:
Process payroll, manage CPF contributions, handle tax filings, and administer employee benefits and claims.
HR Policies & Compliance:
Uphold our commitment to legal compliance by enforcing HR policies aligned with Singapore’s Employment Act and other relevant regulations.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Be a trusted confidant by addressing grievances, fostering a positive work culture, and actively participating in employee engagement activities.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate programs to support continuous learning and growth.
HRIS Management:
Leverage HR Information Systems to streamline data management and generate insightful reports.
Ad Hoc Projects:
Support special projects and initiatives as needed, contributing your expertise to various HR endeavors.
What We’re Looking For:
Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 3-4 years in an HR role, with solid knowledge of HR practices, Singapore’s labor laws, and payroll processes.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office; familiarity with payroll systems is a plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Discretion and professionalism are essential when handling sensitive information.
