Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with C&S consultants to develop and refine structural schemes for buildings and structures.

• Prepare technical submissions and project quality plans for tender projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.

• Conduct engineering design in accordance with Eurocodes or other relevant international design codes.

• Assist in preparing permit /ST applications for design approval with authorities.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

• Effectively represent the engineering team in project meetings with clients and consultants from other disciplines.

• Participate in site progress meetings, addressing technical queries from construction personnel.

• Review and approve structural drawings for accuracy and compliance with design standards.

• Design temporary works that are safe, cost-effective, and meet project requirements.

• Oversee the installation of structural components to ensure adherence to design specifications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of C&S engineering experience in the construction industry.

• Experience in industrial facilities or large-scale commercial projects.

• Strong knowledge of structural design and engineering calculations.

• Familiar with Eurocodes, Singapore building regulations, and authority submission processes.

• Able to review and coordinate structural drawings, technical submissions, and consultant comments.

• Strong coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and clients.

• Main contractor or consultant background preferred.
