We are seeking a proactive and talented Junior Creative Graphic Designer to join Forté Ears Pte Ltd.

As a Creative Graphic Designer, you'll play a crucial role in conceptualizing and providing creative solutions across a variety of touchpoints, ranging from packaging design and digital advertising to social media content for multiple brands. You are an independent, hands-on, and meticulous designer with strong creative instincts and a keen eye for detail. You stay current with graphic design trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.

What You'll Be Doing

• Create visual assets for digital platforms, including social media, websites, EDMs, and online campaigns

• Design and adapt print materials such as marketing collaterals, event materials, and product packaging

• Work closely with design and marketing teams to translate briefs into compelling visual solutions

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas

• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs

• Utilize AI tools to enhance design workflows and generate creative concepts

• Support projects from concept development through to final production

• Stay up to date with design trends and industry best practices

Requirements

• 1–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• Good proficiency in English and Chinese (Spoken and written) (To liaise with overseas Chinese-speaking partners)

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and colour theory

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini

• Experience with 3D software such as Rhinoceros, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or KeyShot is a bonus

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and detail-oriented

• Strong problem-solving and time management skills

• A portfolio demonstrating creativity and design capabilities

Education

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related disciplines

• Candidates with relevant work experience and a strong portfolio are welcome to apply regardless of formal qualifications
