Job Description:

As a Patient Service Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Handle and escalate patient feedback to the appropriate supervisor promptly.

• Perform accurate patient registration and screening, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

• Ensure timely billing and same-day collection of payments.

• Maintain clinic readiness, including cleanliness and proper functioning of self-service kiosks and waiting areas.

• Ensure the clinic is fully prepared to receive the first patient 15 minutes before scheduled start.

• Support appointment coordination for both new and follow-up visits.

• Assist clinicians and therapists to facilitate smooth and efficient consultations.

• Monitor patient wait times and keep them informed proactively.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualification with relevant working experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic IT tools.

• Strong team player with good collaborative skills.

• Able to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.

• Possess a service-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach.
