Job Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment

• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and automation systems

• Analyse equipment faults using PLC dataloggers and simulation tools

• Support machine improvement and process optimisation

• Perform machine model change and production validation

• Maintain Mitsubishi PLC, Proface HMI and Keyence Vision Systems

• Carry out preventive maintenance schedules

• Manage machine spare parts inventory

• Prepare maintenance reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Maintain ISO, QA and 5S standards

• Work closely with Production, QA and Engineering teams

Requirements

NITEC / Higher NITEC / Work-Study Diploma in:

• Electronics Engineering

• Electrical Engineering

• Mechanical Engineering

• Mechatronics

Knowledge of Mitsubishi PLC, Proface HMI or Keyence Vision System is an advantage

Hands-on maintenance experience preferred

Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts (4-2 shift pattern)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Work Schedule

Location: Tuas

4 Working Days / 2 Off / 2 Working Days

Morning Shift: 6:50am – 7:00pm

Night Shift: 6:50pm – 7:00am
