What you'll be doing

• Develop new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients through business development and account management

• Understand clients' hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions across various industries

• Source, screen, interview, and match suitable candidates to clients' requirements

• Manage the full recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and client interviews to offer negotiation and successful placement

• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and clients through referrals, networking, and market mapping

• Provide clients with market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations to support their recruitment decisions

• Negotiate terms of business, manage client expectations, and ensure a high level of service throughout the recruitment process

• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining strong client and candidate relationships

• Keep accurate records of recruitment activities, business development efforts, and candidate pipelines

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline

• Experience in recruitment, sales, business development, account management, or other customer-facing roles will be advantageous

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

• Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to achieve business and sales objectives

• Able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
