Temp Executive, School Scholarships & Awards (Polytechnic) - #1164602

This position will starts off as about 3 months contract.

Location:
Nanyang Polytechnic (At Yio Chu Kang)

Duties:

• Collate and prepare scholarship applicant folders.

• Follow-up on applicants’ enquiries via hotline/ email and any outstanding documents required for the assessment of scholarship application.

• Arrange interviews and contact students for scheduled scholarship interviews.

• Accurately entered and maintained scholarship applicant data for reviewing and decision-making process.

• Manage and organise large volumes of sensitive information with meticulous attention to details and confidentiality.

• Prepare files for the interview panel for shortlisted candidates.

• Administer interviews during scheduled interviews and take notes during interview sessions.

• Prepare evaluation folder for approval.

• Update of application outcomes in database.

• Prepare award letters and rejection notifications.

• Prepare certificates for scholarship recipients.

• Organise scholarship ceremony and perform related tasks, e.g. prepare invitations to scholarship recipients and parents as well as RSVP collation for all guests, attendance list, seat plans.

• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure the overall success of the ceremony.

• Assist with ushering and on-site coordination during scholarship ceremony to facilitate seamless guest experience and event flow.

• Support coordination of video production for scholarship ceremony event, liaising with media team to ensure smooth filming and timely delivery of content.

Mon to Thu 8.30am to 6pm, Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
