Handle inbound phone call enquiries from members of the public regarding cards, loans, mortgages etc.
Training is provided for 1 to 1.5 months
Requirements:
Min A levels or Diploma
Comfortable with face paced and dynamics environment
Prior customer service / call center experience preferred
Willing and able to work 5 days a week across Monday to Sunday between 7am to 10pm (you will expect rostered work duties for 8.5 hours per day)
