About the role

We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to join our growing Maxius Trading Pte. Ltd.' team in our Tai Seng North-East Region office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our human resources function and supporting the continued growth and development of our people.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and programs to attract, retain and engage top talent

• Providing expert guidance and support on all HR-related matters, including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, and employee relations

• Ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation and regulations

• Partnering with leadership to align HR initiatives with the company's strategic objectives

• Analysing HR data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive organisational effectiveness

• Leading, managing and developing a high-performing HR team

• Able to do payroll

• Fostering a positive, inclusive and collaborative work culture

What we're looking for

• Min 5 years experiences in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and programs

• Deep understanding of employment laws, regulations and best practices in the Consulting & Generalist HR industry

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to use data to drive decisions

• Hands-on experience leading, managing and developing high-performing HR teams
