About the role
We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to join our growing Maxius Trading Pte. Ltd.' team in our Tai Seng North-East Region office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our human resources function and supporting the continued growth and development of our people.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and programs to attract, retain and engage top talent
Providing expert guidance and support on all HR-related matters, including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, and employee relations
Ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation and regulations
Partnering with leadership to align HR initiatives with the company's strategic objectives
Analysing HR data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive organisational effectiveness
Leading, managing and developing a high-performing HR team
Able to do payroll
Fostering a positive, inclusive and collaborative work culture
What we're looking for
Min 5 years experiences in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and programs
Deep understanding of employment laws, regulations and best practices in the Consulting & Generalist HR industry
Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to use data to drive decisions
Hands-on experience leading, managing and developing high-performing HR teams
