Location: Islandwide

Pay: Up to $3900

Duration: 1 Year

Working Hours: Day Shift: 8:30 am – 8:30 pm ($10 shift allowance)

Night Shift: 8:30 pm – 8:30 am ($22 shift allowance)

*Rotation of 2 days’ work and 2 days’ rest, regardless of Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop IT support to end users

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

• Install, configure, and re-image desktops/laptops

• Manage IT assets and inventory

• Update incident records and escalate issues when required

• Support documentation and follow IT procedures

Requirements:

• Minimally Nitec / Diploma in IT

• Preferably with at least 1 years of relevant hands on Desktop Support experience

• Hands-on experience in hardware & software troubleshooting

• Able to provide end-user technical support

• Good problem-solving and communication skills
