Job Scope

• Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain production machines and molds to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor machine performance and adjust process parameters to maintain product quality and production efficiency.

• Perform routine inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.

• Support daily production activities to achieve output targets and minimize downtime.

• Prepare materials and components for production while ensuring timely machine changeovers.

• Assist in identifying and resolving production, process, and quality issues.

• Maintain accurate production records and report any abnormalities or non-conformances.

• Follow workplace safety procedures, GMP practices, and standard operating procedures at all times.

• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth shift handovers and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Experience as a Production Technician or similar manufacturing role is preferred.

• Candidates from any manufacturing industry are welcome to apply.

• Able to perform machine setup, basic troubleshooting, and production support.

• Willing to work permanent afternoon shifts and overtime when required.
