Job Responsibilities

Technician – Soldering (Northeast)

• Perform manual soldering of electronic components and circuit boards.

• Inspect and ensure quality of solder joints and assemblies.

• Carry out troubleshooting and rework of faulty components.

• Follow technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean workstation.

• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Technician – Semiconductor (Northeast)

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of semiconductor equipment.

• Support machine setup, calibration, and testing.

• Monitor equipment performance and ensure smooth production operations.

• Work with engineers to resolve technical issues and improve processes.

• Perform preventive maintenance and documentation.

• Ensure adherence to cleanroom and safety protocols.

Technician – Automation Machinery (North)

• Install, service, and maintain automation machinery and equipment.

• Perform troubleshooting and repair of mechanical/electrical systems.

• Conduct machine testing, setup, and commissioning.

• Support production operations and resolve machine breakdowns.

• Work with internal teams on process improvements and upgrades.

• Prepare service reports and maintenance records.

Job Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.

• 1–3 years of technician experience (soldering, semiconductor, or machinery preferred).

• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

• Ability to read technical drawings or schematics.

• Hands-on, responsible, and willing to work overtime when required.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.
