Responsibilities:

• Prepare health check results, reports, and issue relevant certificates
• Support follow-up processes for patients after health screenings
• Assist in health screening operations as required
• Coordinate vaccination schedules for infants, children, and travel purposes
• Manage patient enquiries via email, phone, and in person
• Review and develop health check-up packages
• Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the team

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
• Proficient in MS Office applications and email communication
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and perform in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including Saturdays
• Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is an added advantage
• Experience in front-line customer service, preferably within a healthcare or clinic setting, is an added advantage
