• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

What You Will Do

As a core member of our procurement team, you will shape how we source, negotiate, and secure critical aerospace components and services:

• Drive End-to-End Procurement: Lead high-value procurement packages—from scoping RFQs and commercial evaluation to final supplier selection and PO issuance.

• Master Negotiations: Secure optimal pricing, lead times, and payment terms to maximize cost-efficiency and value creation.

• Manage Contracts & Risk: Draft, review, and administer supplier agreements, long-term pricing structures (LTAs), and SLAs in compliance with aviation governance.

• Accelerate Operations: Track order fulfillment pipelines and rapidly expedite critical/Aircraft on Ground (AOG) requirements to minimize operational downtime.

• Champion Digital Procurement: Maximize SAP workflows and leverage data analytics and generative AI tools (like Copilot) to automate tasks and build predictive insights.

• Optimize Supplier Performance: Manage vendor scorecards and build robust, collaborative relationships with both internal stakeholders and international suppliers.

Who We Are Looking For

• Education: Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Business, or Engineering.

• Experience: 2 to 6 years of progressive experience in corporate procurement, strategic sourcing, or contracts management.

• Industry Edge: Prior experience within the Aerospace or Aviation MRO industry is highly advantageous.

• Tech Savvy: Hands-on proficiency in SAP (or similar ERPs) and a high level of Digital & AI literacy (experience using GenAI tools/Copilot or data analytics is a huge plus).

• Skills: Strong commercial acumen, exceptional negotiation tactics, and the ability to confidently influence stakeholders.
