KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITES
a) Involved in the full spectrum of Recruitment and Selection activities including job posting, screening of candidates, interviews and salary proposals;
b) Responsible for on-boarding of new employees;
c) Responsible for all work pass matters, eg new applications and renewals, update of address, etc.;
d) Process staff resignation and trigger off-boarding process;
e) Liaison with broker on foreign medical insurance for new foreign employees;
f) Assist to complete surveys, funding and grants as required by relevant authorities, eg MOM, MOH, AIC, etc.;
g) Create and maintain up to date P files for all staff;
h) Monitor and process confirmation/contract renewals/re-employment contracts;
i) Register courses/workshops/seminars for employees;
j) Manage and monitor employees’ education sponsorship programs and bond matters;
k) Responsible to liaise with SNB for Nurses’ related matters;
l) Prepare monthly manpower reports;
m) Work with the HR team to organise Home’s events, eg Nurses’ Day, Year-end party, etc.;
n) Oversee staff dormitory matters;
