Visual Merchandising Executive - #1164500

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with brand partners to execute visual merchandising plans aligned with brand identity and seasonal campaigns

• Act as the main point of contact with brand VM teams to ensure guideline compliance and consistent execution

• Ensure consistent branding and visual standards across all retail locations and displays

• Manage visual merchandising budgets and ensure cost-effective implementation of all display activities

• Coordinate with local partners for permit approvals, manpower arrangements, and on-ground execution

• Prepare completion reports after campaign or project execution

• Maintain daily communication and provide weekly work-in-progress (WIP) updates to brand stakeholders

• Support the Visual Merchandising Director in planning and execution of projects

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or related field

• Prior experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of retail display tools, visual execution techniques, and layout software

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when required
