Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead follow-ups
Meet prospective clients to understand their business and technical requirements
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
Work with pre-sales and technical teams to design appropriate solutions
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Coordinate with delivery and support teams to ensure smooth project handover
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in IT or technology sales preferred
Strong understanding of IT products and services
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
