About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Beauty Sales Manager to join Atop Aesthetics Pte Ltd in our Paya Lebar East Region location. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead our sales operations and drive business growth within the competitive beauty and aesthetics industry. As Beauty Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and establishing our brand presence in the market. Key responsibilities

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

2. Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and drive revenue growth

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer retention and repeat business

4. Identify new market opportunities and develop business development initiatives to expand the client base

5. Manage inventory and product knowledge across beauty and aesthetics treatments and services

6. Conduct product demonstrations and consultations to promote our range of beauty and aesthetic offerings

7. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management

8. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and smooth service delivery

9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction

10. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain competitive advantage

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the beauty, aesthetics or related services industry

2. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently

3. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff

4. Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities

5. In-depth knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare, and aesthetic services is highly desirable

6. Proficiency in sales management systems and CRM software

7. Strong communication and presentation skills

8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

9. Relevant qualifications in sales, business management or beauty industry certifications are advantageous

10. Fluency in English and additional languages (such as Mandarin or other regional languages) would be beneficial
