Purchasing Officer
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Woodlands
Basic Salary: $2800 - $3000

Responsibilities:

• Source and procure raw materials, packaging materials, factory supplies, and trading items.

• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) in a timely manner.

• Liaise with local and overseas suppliers on quotations, pricing, orders, and delivery schedules.

• Compare supplier quotations and negotiate pricing to achieve cost-effective purchasing.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with the warehouse and relevant departments.

• Update purchasing records, supplier information, and transactions in the ERP system and Excel.

• Source indirect materials and services, including office supplies, maintenance, and equipment servicing.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Purchasing Manager.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
