Employment Type: 12-month Contract (Renewable)
Key Responsibilities
•Manage end-to-end time and attendance processing, ensuring accurate capture, validation, and payroll system integration.
•Review payroll data and reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
•Partner with HR teams and business stakeholders to resolve payroll and attendance discrepancies.
•Execute monthly payroll and off-cycle payroll runs accurately and within deadlines.
•Perform payroll reconciliation and prepare payroll reports for Finance and Treasury.
•Process salary disbursements via bank portals (GIRO and cashier's orders).
•Ensure timely statutory submissions, including CPF contributions, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
•Manage payroll-related processes for employee separations, including final salary, overtime, and leave encashment.
•Process severance payments and ensure compliance with company policies.
•File IR21 tax clearance for foreign employees accurately and on time.
•Liaise with HR, Finance, and Employee Relations to resolve outstanding balances for exiting employees.
•Provide payroll outputs and reports to Treasury and Finance for month-end activities.
•Collaborate with stock administration teams on ESPP cessation and related reporting.
•Respond to employee payroll enquiries via email, phone, and ServiceNow within the required SLA.
•Support payroll system testing (e.g. SAP UAT) and system enhancement initiatives.
•Participate in process improvement activities and ad hoc HR/payroll projects as assigned
Requirements
•Diploma or above in any discipline.
•Minimum 3 years of payroll administration experience, with hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing. Experience in payroll project management will be an advantage.
•Familiarity with Sap payroll system and Workday is preferable
•Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
•Able to work independently, manage multiple payroll cycles, and meet strict payroll deadlines.
