Marketing Operations Executive - #1164370

As a Marketing Operations Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the daily backend operations of PastaGo under Yew Kee Group, while also managing administrative and on-ground tasks related to marketing and business operations. You will be working closely with both the Marketing and Operations team and under the guidance and mentorship of Operation Managers and Marketing Director.

Marketing Execution

• Helping to build and improve internal processes to support steady scaling of the business

• Providing administrative support to ensure all marketing initiatives are executed seamlessly

• Support in A&P related activities from start-to-end, to include online and In-store collaterals

• Point of contact with vendors, landlords, production house and other communication partners

• Support the monitoring and management of external vendors

• Responding to customers’ requests and queries via phone, email, social media, or instant messaging

• Managing and process order deliveries

• Key liaison to support Operations team for in-store marketing collaterals and sales support

• Community engagement on social media platforms

Operations management

• Manage the POS system of PastaGo. To be the super user to train the operations team, to liaise with POS vendor to rectify bugs, and change request. To find work arounds in the system to achieve operation needs.

• Support the monitoring and management of external vendors

• Responding to customers’ requests and queries via phone, email, social media, or instant messaging

• Managing and process order deliveries

• Key liaison to support Operations team for in-store marketing collaterals and sales support

• Optimizing of shop and items on delivery platform to achieve higher sales

• Refunds investigation on delivery platform

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing or other related disciplines

• Good with Software, specifically POS.

• A positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
