We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and oversee piling and foundation projects across Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional to take ownership of major projects, lead multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the successful delivery of critical infrastructure developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of piling and foundation projects, from planning and execution to final completion.

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements.

• Monitor project performance, resource allocation, and construction milestones.

• Oversee daily site activities and coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, quantity surveyors, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.

• Drive productivity and ensure smooth project execution through effective planning and communication.

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to project teams.

• Review geotechnical reports, engineering drawings, design calculations, and construction methodologies.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore building regulations, project specifications, and industry standards.

• Resolve technical issues and implement practical engineering solutions on-site.

• Champion a strong safety culture and enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements.

• Ensure all works meet quality standards and project specifications.

• Conduct regular site inspections and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Prepare project progress reports, forecasts, and management updates.

• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure project objectives are achieved.

• Utilize project management systems and reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

• Proven experience managing piling, foundation, geotechnical, or civil engineering projects in Singapore.

• Strong leadership, project planning, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiar with WSH regulations, construction methodologies, and project management practices.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
