Associate Engineer / Technician - Facilities - #1164375

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain facilities systems such as Central Chiller System, BMS, Electrical Systems, HVAC (cleanroom and non-cleanroom area), Fire Protection & Detection, Cleanroom System (CDA, PV, PCW, FFU, Dry Coil and AHU), RODI, and Waste Treatment Plant

• Attend to any facility works and M&E installations, including coordination with contractors on repair works

• Provide line support to production and perform machine installations such as power hook-up, CDA, PV and PCW, and other set-up in the production floor

• Perform in-house servicing of cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, FFU, filter cleaning & replacement, strainers, and other HVAC equipment

• Perform periodic monitoring and auditing of both ESD and Cleanroom Contamination Environmental Control programs

• Prepare and provide daily & monthly reports

• Assist engineer in consolidating all the service reports and manage contract vendors to carry out equipment maintenance schedule

Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• At least 2 years relevant experience in related field with working knowledge in cleanroom environment

• Able to work office shift / 12 hours rotating shift
