Responsibilities

Setup and troubleshooting of all PC/laptop, printers, print server, Windows XP, Windows 7, RFID scanner, Outlook client, VPN, MS Office, Anti-virus & in-house applications
Managing of IT inventory
Manage IT hardware requests and raise purchase requests when necessary
Prepare proposals and presentations on assigned projects

Requirements

Diploma or equivalent in IT or related discipline
Minimum 1 year experience in IT support
Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Windows XP/7
Knowledge in basic LAN/WAN network infrastructure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
