Assistant Manager (Electrical Engineering) - M&E and Construction Industry

• Salary Package: $4,000 - $5,000 + VB + AWS

• Working Days and Time: 5 days | 8:30am - 5:30pm (must comfortable on weekends)

• Working Location: Woodlands

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and meet up regularly with project engineers, site supervisors and workers.

• Plan and schedule for materials, sub-contractor, manpower to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

• Ensure the execution of the project in compliance with approved drawing and specifications requirements.

• Coordinate internal resources and sub-contractor/vendors for the smooth execution of projects.

• Well-versed in project works procedures and methodologies and able to coordinate a team of different disciplines to achieve the best results.

• Troubleshoot problems that come up during projects.

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, main contractor, sub-contractor and suppliers.

• Take an ownership mindset and work cost-effectively and diligently.

• Maintain good communication with all staff and workers

• Any other ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time

Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
