Strategic HR Partnership
Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and people-related initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Utilize HR analytics and workforce insights to identify trends, assess organizational risks, and recommend data-driven solutions that support business outcomes.
Support organizational transformation, restructuring, and workforce growth initiatives to address evolving operational and business requirements.
Workforce Stability and Ramp Readiness
Collaborate with stakeholders to support workforce planning and organizational readiness to meet production scaling and business growth objectives.
Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives to strengthen workforce sustainability and operational continuity.
Monitor workforce trends and proactively identify potential workforce risks, recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.
Employee Relations & Investigations
Conduct fair, objective, and timely investigations into employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues in accordance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
Partner with and coach people managers on employee performance discussions, development planning, team effectiveness, and employee relations matters.
Review and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation to support compliance and continuous improvement; identify and address potential compliance gaps where applicable.
Provide guidance on employment-related matters while ensuring alignment with applicable employment legislation, internal policies, and HR best practices.
Talent Management & Development
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support end-to-end recruitment activities for the site, including role alignment, candidate selection support, offer governance, and onboarding experience.
Collaborate with Compensation and Rewards teams on job evaluation processes, annual compensation activities, and pay review initiatives; provide guidance to managers within established frameworks.
Drive performance management practices across the site by promoting consistent goal setting, performance discussions, employee development, and calibration processes.
Identify organizational learning and development priorities and coordinate training initiatives to support leadership capability, compliance requirements, and workforce skills development.
HR Operations & Data Integrity
Generate, analyze, and interpret HR metrics including workforce composition, attrition, attendance, recruitment effectiveness, and productivity indicators to support informed business decision-making.
Maintain HR data accuracy, reporting integrity, and compliance with internal governance and data management standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience supporting regional HR functions across APAC markets will be advantageous
Solid understanding of HR practices and employment regulations across regional markets.
Analytical and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
