Key Responsibilities
Support process performance to ensure high-quality production in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
Develop, optimize, and qualify process recipes for new equipment, products, and engineering changes.
Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement effective long-term corrective solutions.
Drive improvements in process stability, yield, throughput, and overall manufacturing performance.
Analyze process data, defect trends, statistical process control (SPC) data, and fault indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with Equipment, Production, Quality, and R&D teams to reduce defects and enhance process stability.
Develop, review, and implement process control plans and monitoring methodologies.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Support process qualification, technology transfer, startup, production ramp-up, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and equipment vendors to troubleshoot and resolve process-related technical issues.
Lead or support projects focused on cost reduction, cycle time improvement, yield enhancement, and operational efficiency.
Provide on-the-job training, technical guidance, and mentoring to junior engineers and technicians.
Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment while adhering to 5S standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across process engineering, manufacturing operations, and quality management systems.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Microelectronics, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering or wafer fabrication manufacturing.
Hands-on experience in process development, qualification, troubleshooting, and process control within a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Production, Quality, and equipment vendor teams.
Demonstrated growth mindset with a strong willingness to learn new process modules, equipment, and emerging technologies.
Proficient in using data analysis tools and methodologies to monitor process performance and drive continuous process improvement.
