Your Impact and Mission

Become Selia’s Ambassador for Asia-Pacific (excluding China), shaping the way HR functions across key markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia and Indonesia. Work alongside the Group’s Paris-based experts, benefit from best-in-class training in France and drive impactful projects to elevate HR digitalization and operational excellence across the region.

You will be part of an international team of around 50 HRMS specialists, including the central team based in Paris, dedicated key users/admins in each of the Group’s main companies ("Tier 1 HRMS") or located in our key regions worldwide (“Zone HRMS”). Through this dynamic network, you will collaborate daily with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, share best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our global HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Across Asia Pacific (excluding China):

- Facilitate and coordinate HRMS initiatives with key users in regional subsidiaries, acting as a trusted advisor for HR digitalization.

- Serve as level 2 support for HR operations teams: resolving functional issues, educating users, and ensuring optimum use of Selia.

- Lead knowledge transfer and training sessions using available resources and MOOCs, accelerating the maturity of HR digital practices in the region.

- Ensure communication flow, adoption of new releases, and best practice sharing in coordination with the central, Tier 1 and Zone HRMS team.

- Oversee country-specific system configuration and maintenance within Selia.

Exclusive to Singapore:

- Oversee the integration and data quality between Selia and local payroll (Timesoft), owning consistency and process reliability.

- Liaise with HR and payroll stakeholders (Timesoft), troubleshoot issues, ensure accurate payroll data, and drive system enhancements.

- Maintain local Selia settings and documentation, managing interfaces and system evolutions.

- Provide support to the Safran Singapore HR scope as needed, collaborating with local HR stakeholders on operational activities (talent review, recruitment, etc), HR digitalization initiatives, process improvements, and HRMS-related matters.

Your Background

- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related fields.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HRIS operations/support, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors (certification not required).

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proven ability to work independently and with remote teams.

- Leadership in training, troubleshooting, and user education.
