Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of cable management installation projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, site supervisors, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily project activities and support the Project Manager in project execution.
Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to project timelines.
Attend site meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
Ensure all project records, drawings, and correspondence are properly maintained.
Work closely with the site team to resolve technical or site coordination issues.
Monitor project costs, variations, and work progress.
Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and company quality standards.
Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in construction project coordination is preferred.
Experience in cable management systems, electrical works, or M&E projects will be an advantage.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Must willing to work in Construction Site
Working hours : Monday - Saturday 8.30am - 5.30pm
