QC Technician

• Basic Salary up to $2000, gross up to $3000

• Pioneer company transport is provided

• Mon to Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm or 8.30pm to 8.30am, will be rotating shift

Job Duties:

• Conduct start-up and changeover checks to ensure production lines meet quality and hygiene standards.

• Perform routine hygiene and GMP inspections.

• Monitor production parameters (OPRP & CCP) every 2 hours and ensure they are within limits.

• Collect product, raw material, and flash-out powder samples for testing.

• Monitor stock levels and request replenishment when required.

• Carry out swab tests on equipment, environment, and workers’ hands.

• Complete and verify production and quality records accurately.

• Identify and report non-conforming materials or products.

• Assist in investigations and corrective actions for quality issues.

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, SOPs).

• Support housekeeping, pest control, and foreign object control activities.

• Perform any other quality-related duties assigned by management.
