Responsibilities:

• Escalate customer requests outside contractual agreements with manager guidance.

• Support product and material research to enhance value for customers.

• Propose new technologies or processes to improve productivity and innovation.

• Analyze quality audit data and apply lean practices for improvement.

• Perform quality activities and prepare monthly reports (complaints, near misses, non-conformance, deviations).

• Support internal and external quality audits.

• Identify process improvements to address quality issues.

• Handle complaint investigations, incident reporting, and deviation management.

• Perform daily quality control activities according to the production schedule.

• Inspect incoming, in-process, and outgoing products to ensure quality compliance.

• Investigate root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Support maintenance of critical equipment and engineering projects

• Maintain and control SOPs and documentation.

• Support training on QMS and regulatory requirements & audit.

• Track and review training effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office Applications / Microsoft Power Platform Applications

• 1-3 year of relevant experience

• Diploma/Degree in pharmaceutical science or health science or related field
