Healthcare Operations, Assistant Manager (Outpatient Informatics) - #1164230

1. Support the implementation, adoption, and compliance of operational systems across outpatient clinics.

2. Conduct workflow observations, process reviews, and system utilisation audits to identify operational gaps.

3. Analyse operational data, patient queue performance, and system reports to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.

4. Collaborate with clinic teams to validate findings and recommend practical workflow enhancements.

5. Assist in the implementation of new systems, pilot projects, and operational improvement initiatives.

6. Develop dashboards, reports, and management summaries to support operational monitoring and decision-making.

7. Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and training materials to promote standardised work processes.

8. Gather user feedback, monitor issues, and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders.

9. Liaise with internal departments, IT teams, and external vendors to support operational system enhancements.

10. Contribute to continuous improvement projects and other operational initiatives as assigned.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics / Information Systems / Data Science & Analytics

• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
