Job Summary :
Location: Kranji
Salary & Benefits :
Basic Salary: Up SGD 2,500
Bonus based on company performance
Free shuttle bus service from Kranji MRT
Work Schedule :
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: Alternate, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Work Week: 5.5 days
Job Responsibilities :
Maintain financial records including AP/AR, petty cash, and tax submissions.
Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, answering calls, and procurement.
Manage office supplies, organize files, and coordinate correspondence (emails, phone calls, and mail).
Assist management or finance executives with ad-hoc assignments.
Job Requirements :
Basic accounting and administrative knowledge
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
