Responsibilities:

• Install and commission machinery, hardware, or software systems at client sites, including mechanical and electrical setup
• Perform preventive maintenance and carry out on-site troubleshooting, repairs, and parts replacement
• Provide customer training on system operations, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices
• Document service activities and complete reports accurately and promptly using CRM/ERP systems
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
• Experience in semiconductor, automation, or equipment servicing is an added advantage
• Troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electrical systems
• Basic knowledge of PLC, robotics, or automation systems is an added advantage
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at customer locations and overseas
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
