Our client is seeking motivated and talented Engineers to join their Manufacturing Engineering team. They have multiple vacancies across various engineering disciplines, supporting manufacturing operations, New Product Introduction (NPI), process optimization, test engineering, industrial engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Location: Kaki Bukit
Salary: Up to $8000
Working Days: Mon - Fri 9am -6pm

Successful candidates will be assigned to the most suitable role based on their qualifications, experience, and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary depending on the assigned specialization and may include:
Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from development through production.
Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing and testing processes.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production equipment and processes.
Design and implement jigs, fixtures, tooling, and automated test systems.
Analyze production workflows, factory layouts, and material flow to improve efficiency.
Conduct capacity planning, line balancing, and takt time analysis to meet production targets.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collect and analyze production and test data to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and engineering documentation.
Support product qualification, validation, and compliance with customer and industry requirements.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and R&D teams to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Relevant experience in manufacturing, process engineering, industrial engineering, test engineering, or continuous improvement is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills
Depending on the assigned role, experience in one or more of the following areas is advantageous:
Manufacturing process development and validation
Test system development and automation (LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, C#)
CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, etc.)
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S
Statistical Process Control (SPC), Minitab, JMP
Production layout, line balancing, and capacity planning
ERP/MRP systems and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI)
Laser machining, precision manufacturing, or electronics manufacturing
