As a Senior Assistant Manager (Allied Health & Pharmacy Operations), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support the day-to-day operations of pharmacy services to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.

• Drive process improvement and operational initiatives to enhance productivity and patient experience.

• Coordinate projects, system implementations, and infrastructure improvements.

• Support financial planning, resource utilisation, and cost optimisation initiatives.

• Manage vendors, logistics, and inventory-related operations to ensure reliable service delivery.

• Supervise and develop operational support staff to improve performance and engagement.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to organisation-wide operational and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in operations of pharmacies will be an advantage.
