Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities with new and existing clients in the marine, offshore oil, and gas sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to expand business opportunities.
• Gather and communicate customer requirements and market insights to internal stakeholders.
• Leverage product, service, and operational knowledge to support customer needs and enhance competitiveness.
• Prepare and manage proposals, and negotiate contracts for management approval.
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends.
• Deliver presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
• Engage and influence senior decision-makers to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–8 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record
• Experience in the marine or offshore industry is preferred
• Strong business acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
• Knowledge of maritime satellite services is an added advantage
• Established network within the marine industry is an added advantage
• Prior experience as a Radio Officer is an added advantage
• Existing contacts with ship managers and vessel owners are an added advantage
