Sales Promoter (Healthcare Products) | Up to $3,500/month + AWS | Islandwide

Location: Islandwide (Watsons, Guardian, Unity & other retail pharmacy outlets)
Placement will be assigned based on operational needs, with consideration given to locations near your residence where possible.

Working Hours

• Wednesday to Sunday

• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $1,800 – $2,000

• Monthly Commission: $300 – $1,500

• Gross Salary: Up to $3,500 per month

• 1 Month AWS

• Annual Leave: 10 days

• Medical Claims: Up to $250 per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend healthcare and over-the-counter (OTC) products, including eye care, cough and cold remedies, vitamins, and supplements.

• Provide product knowledge and recommend suitable products based on customers' needs.

• Achieve individual sales targets through effective customer engagement, product demonstrations, and cross-selling.

• Maintain attractive product displays, monitor stock availability, and coordinate with retail store staff on merchandising activities.

• Gather customer feedback, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and submit regular sales reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience in retail sales or sales promotion, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or personal care industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

• Sales-driven with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a retail environment.

• Willing to work weekends and travel to different retail outlets when required.
