Sales Coordinator (Marine / Offshore Engineering) - #1164108

• Position: Sales Coordinator (Marine / Offshore Engineering)

• Location: Pioneer Road, bus stop in front of building

• Working hours: 5.5 days work week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic Salary up to $3,700 + Commission + Medical Insurance

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Marine / Offshore Engineering

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales documents.

• Handle customer enquiries and sales follow-ups.

• Coordinate orders with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

• Support order processing, delivery coordination and project follow-up.

• Maintain sales records, reports and documentation.

• Assist with product information, presentations and tender submissions.

• Liaise with technical teams on customer requirements.

• Monitor quotations, purchase orders and delivery schedules.

• Build and maintain customer relationships.

• Perform other sales support and administrative duties.

Requirements:

• No experience required; training provided.

• Nitec, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Engineering, Marine, Mechanical or related discipline.

• Candidates with internship, part-time or school project exposure in sales, engineering or marine-related fields will be advantageous.
