Job Title: Mechanical Technician / Assistant Engineer

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: Up to $3,000

• Overtime Pay + Performance Bonus

• Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

• Stable 5-day work week

Job Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly, module installation, and system integration based on engineering drawings and work instructions.

• Assemble precision mechanical components and ensure quality workmanship.

• Carry out basic troubleshooting on mechanical systems, including vacuum leak testing, gas delivery systems, and motion mechanisms.

• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safe lifting practices while complying with workplace safety procedures.

• Work closely with engineers to provide feedback for design improvements, assembly efficiency, and product reliability.

• Maintain accurate records of assembly progress, technical issues, and corrective actions.

• Coordinate with the procurement team to monitor and follow up on outstanding mechanical parts and hardware.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing environment.

• Able to work in a cleanroom environment (cleanroom attire provided).

• Able to read and interpret mechanical/CAD drawings and schematic diagrams.

• Experience in the semiconductor or precision engineering industry will be an advantage.
