IT Remote Desktop Engineer (12 Hours shift) | East | Basnic $3100 + Bonus - #1164010

Location (Nearest MRT): Bedok

Salary: Up to $ 3,100 Basic Salary + Shift Allowance (Depends on Qualification & Relevant Work Experience)

Bonus: Up to 1 Month Performance Bonus

Duration of Work: 1 Year Renewable Contract

Work Days & Hours :

• 12 Hours Shift, 2 Days Work, 2 Days Off (Capped at 44 Hours / Week)

• 8:30 AM to 8.30 PM

• 8.30 PM to 8.30 AM

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 technical support and act as the escalation point for Level 1 Service Desk.

• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, software, and system-related issues remotely within the agreed SLA.

• Support users remotely using BeyondTrust.

• Resolve software installation and upgrade issues through Software Center (SCCM/CCMCache).

• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 account issues, including login, access, and application support.

• Diagnose and resolve basic network connectivity issues.

• Collect logs and screenshots for escalation to third-party vendors when required.

• Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

• Provide additional shift coverage, including scheduled off days when operationally required.

Requirements

• Min. Nitec/ Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.

• Experience in Desktop Support, IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Remote Support.

• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SCCM/Software Center, and basic networking.

• Able to work rotating 12 hours shifts.
