Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Service Officer to handle customer enquiries and support daily operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend to walk-in and phone enquiries professionally
Assist customers with applications, payments, and documentation
Provide clear explanations of services and procedures
Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records
Support front desk and administrative duties
Requirements:
Customer service or admin experience preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
