We are seeking a Brand Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and executing brand marketing strategies that strengthen our market presence and drive business growth. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints, contributing directly to the company's strategic objectives and brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

1. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for brand differentiation

2. Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics, reporting on campaign effectiveness and recommending optimizations

3. Assist in the development of brand guidelines and ensure compliance across all organizational departments

4. Manage brand partnerships and coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders to support marketing initiatives

5. Support the planning and execution of brand events, activations, and experiential marketing campaigns

6. Contribute to the development of marketing plans and strategies aligned with overall business objectives
