Assistant Project Manager (6 days work/ M&E construction/ MNC) - #1163967

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in project planning, costing, budgeting, scheduling, logistics, quality control, and project coordination.

• Oversee M&E construction activities and recommend improvements where necessary.

• Manage contractors and ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, safety requirements, quality standards, and project schedules.

• Implement company construction policies and procedures.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion with efficient use of resources.

• Lead and supervise a team of engineers and site staff.

• Liaise with internal departments, authorities, consultants, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Prepare project progress reports, attend site meetings, and update management regularly.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and ISO requirements.

• Plan and allocate manpower effectively to maximize productivity.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in project planning, costing, budgeting, scheduling, logistics, quality control, and project coordination.

• Able to oversee M&E construction activities and manage contractors.

• Experience leading engineers/ site staff and liaising with consultants, clients, authorities, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Working experience in supervisory/ managerial capacity.

• Familiar with MS Office.
