Responsibilities

• Carry out microbiology laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures.

• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure accurate test results.

• Monitor quality control activities and assist in resolving testing issues when required.

• Record and review laboratory findings while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

• Participate in laboratory quality improvement initiatives and professional training.

Requirements

• Recognised Diploma or Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent qualification.

• Knowledge of microbiology laboratory practices.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
