Details :

• 5-day work week

• Monday to Friday (830am - 530pm (Day) / 830pm - 530am (Night))

• Basic up to $2,800

Jobscope :

• Verify and process shipping and operational documents accurately and in a timely manner.

• Confirm customer shipping requirements and coordinate appropriate shipment arrangements.

• Generate sales orders, billing documents, and maintain supporting records in the ERP system.

• Update and maintain operational data in Excel and communicate relevant information to internal teams.

• Process ERP transactions, including purchase requests, goods receipts, and stock transfers.

• Conduct weekly and monthly inventory cycle counts and ensure accurate system updates.

• Liaise with customers via email, phone, and Teams to address enquiries and fulfil requirements.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.

• Provide administrative support and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
